All canopies designed, manufactured and installed to DW/127 Specification. Canopy prices are inclusive of baffle filters and oil trap but exclusive of fan. (Oil traps available as retrofit item).

Airflow rate are to be calculated based on heat loads. Please see DW/172 and DW171

Note all gas operated kitchen appliances must be gas interlocked in accordance with BS6173: 2001. See gas interlock section of this site for details.
